Don't have an account? Our Help Desk service utilizes an online portal for customers to create their own account. Once your account is created, you will be able to easily log and track each case.
Please Note: while support tickets can be submitted electronically 24-hours-a-day, regular support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and we are closed on holidays.
