Print-O-Stat is searching for a highly motivated, proven, Account Manager. The responsibilities of the estimator for the Signs & Graphics Division of Print-O-Stat is broken into four main components. They are responsible for creating estimates for sign & graphics orders; processing of those orders into jobs; assisting sales representatives and customers with questions and material selection; and are responsible for purchasing materials from vendors and handling all associated paperwork. They should have a background in the signage industry, knowledge of signage materials & equipment, good communication skills and be able to operate in a fast moving environment. They should also be able comfortable enough to open art files to find sizes and resolution for quoting or consultation. This department handles the production and installation of internal and external, permanent and removable signage, including vehicle wraps and trade show displays.

 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively internally with the signs & graphics team and externally with sales representatives, clients, vendors, and management

  • Create all estimates using Estimate Software

  • Process orders, convert estimates to create jobs with instructions to designers or production

  • Write up job bags and update job board

  • Maintain job files, digitally and hard copy filing

  • Review invoices for accuracy

  • Work with vendors for pricing and keep costs updated in Estimate software

  • Place material orders

  • Approve vendor invoices, track inventory and purchase orders, and process end of month paperwork

  • Assist customers on the phone and at the front counter

  • Assist Print-O-Stat sales representatives on the phone, in the corporate office and may travel to other Print-O-Stat locations occasionally

  • May train others to use Estimate software in conjunction or in their absence.

 Experience: 

  • Previous sign or print industry experience required


 Requirements: 

  • Previous sign or print industry experience required

  • Knowledge of Estimate Software preferred

  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs is useful, in particular, Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Knowledge of signage materials and printers
